Mission

At In His Way Ministry, our mission is to glorify God by leading people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, nurturing them in their spiritual growth, and equipping them to live lives that reflect His love and truth. We are committed to faithfully proclaiming the Gospel, making disciples, and demonstrating the compassion of Christ through worship, biblical teaching, prayer, fellowship, and service.

We believe every person has been created with purpose and is invited into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. Therefore, we strive to Enlist people for Christ by sharing the message of hope, grace, and salvation found in the Gospel. Through intentional evangelism, authentic relationships, and community outreach, we seek to reach individuals and families of every generation, inviting them to experience God's transforming power and become active members of His Kingdom.

Our mission also includes Training disciples who are firmly rooted in God's Word and empowered by the Holy Spirit. We are dedicated to providing opportunities for spiritual growth through biblical preaching, sound teaching, discipleship, mentoring, prayer, and leadership development. We desire to cultivate mature believers who not only grow in their faith but also use their God-given gifts to serve the Church, strengthen families, and advance the Kingdom of God. As disciples mature, they are equipped to make disciples, creating a legacy of faith that extends beyond the walls of the church.

Finally, we are called to Serve our community with His love by being the hands and feet of Jesus Christ. We believe the love of God is best demonstrated through compassionate action. Therefore, we seek to meet both spiritual and practical needs by partnering with our community, supporting families, encouraging children and youth, caring for the elderly, assisting those in need, and providing opportunities for hope, healing, and restoration. Through acts of kindness, generosity, and servant leadership, we strive to reflect the heart of Christ in everything we do.
