Stay the Course
As we enter Day 3 of prayer and fasting, this is often the point where the sacrifice feels real. Our bodies may be tired, and our minds may be tempted to focus on what we’ve given up. But this is also where spiritual clarity begins to sharpen.
Scripture reminds us:
“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled.” (Matthew 5:6)
What you are doing matters. Every prayer whispered, every moment of discipline, every time you choose God over comfort is building spiritual strength. Fasting is not about what we lose—it’s about what we gain: deeper intimacy with God, renewed focus, and fresh direction.
If you feel weak today, remember this: God meets us in our weakness. This fast is not powered by your strength, but by His grace. Stay encouraged. Stay committed. What God is doing in you now will produce fruit in the days ahead.
Let today be a day of listening. Ask the Lord, “What are You Building in me?” Then trust that He who began a good work in you will carry it through.
Keep pressing. God is near.
